When will I receive my tracking number?

  • Processing: every piece is hand-finished and quality-checked in 1–3 business days.
  • Dispatch: within 24 hours of shipping, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
  • Delivery: 7–12 business days to the US and most countries. Shipping is always free worldwide.
  • Tip: tracking may take 2–3 days to show the first scan after dispatch — this is normal.
